We are seeking an independently driven principal consultant to join our Oracle NetSuite team.  The principal consultant will work in collaboration with the Delivery team and Sales team to provide expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mind set to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements. The Principal Consultants facilitate the development of SOWs for new and existing customers. Principal Consultants should be eager to mentor junior consultants and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

• Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general -specific industry experience
• Worked as a Solution Architect across varying project sizes and complexity; from small through enterprise level implementations of NetSuite applications.
• Individual has 10+ end-to-end NetSuite implementations and has hands-on Technical/Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation experience.

As an Oracle NetSuite Financials Functional SME at Dimension Consulting Inc., you will be the expert on NetSuite financials modules and other cross functional modules as required. You will guide the implementation and optimization of financial processes within NetSuite, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry standards, SuiteSuccess Implementation practices and regulatory requirements.
