 Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making phone calls, attending video calls and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Set appointments for the sales team based on established criteria.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Assist in developing and refining sales strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Project coordination skills.
  • Data entry experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Language: English(Required)
