Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Customer Success to lead our customer success initiatives and showcase the exceptional value of NetSuite ERP to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers while serving as a NetSuite product expert to ensure successful implementation and adoption of NetSuite solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Customer Success team, developing processes that drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge of NetSuite ERP and effectively communicate its value proposition to clients at various stages of their journey.
  • Manage, mentor, and empower Customer Success Managers to scope projects and ensure successful implementation delivery.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer success initiatives.
  • Create and refine customer onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners, delivery teams, and support teams to address client needs and ensure success.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on NetSuite updates, new features, and industry best practices to continually enhance customer success strategies.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in customer success with a focus on NetSuite ERP, including demonstration, configuration, or administration.
  • Proven experience leading a Customer Success team in a SaaS or ERP environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, CRM, and eCommerce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and ERP implementation best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • NetSuite certifications (such as NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteFoundation) highly desired.
