Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant with expertise in the manufacturing industry to join our team .In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of manufacturing clients. You will play a key role in analyzing business processes, configuring system functionalities, and driving digital transformation within manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of manufacturing workflows, strong ERP implementation experience, and the ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis & Solution Design

• Work     closely with manufacturing clients to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes such as production planning, inventory management, BOM     (Bill of Materials), and supply chain operations to identify in efficiencies and recommend NetSuite-driven improvements.
• Design and configure NetSuite modules, including Advanced Manufacturing, WMS,     SCM, and MRP, to address client-specific needs.

NetSuite Implementation

• Lead the implementation and customization of NetSuite ERP for manufacturing clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop functional specifications for system customization and integration with third-party applications such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems),     CRM, and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
• Conduct end-to-end testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solution performance and reliability.

Project Management

• Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans, define milestones,     and allocate resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks and resolve issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Training & Change Management

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and workshops for end-users to promote system adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support to troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Configure and develop dashboards and reports using NetSuite Analytics to provide actionable insights into production performance, inventory levels, and     operational KPIs.
• Leverage advanced analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making for manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
   
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
   
  • A  master’s degree is a plus.
 
• Experience:
   
  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant, ERP Specialist, or  Business Analyst.
   
  • Proven expertise in implementing NetSuite ERP solutions for manufacturing organizations.
   
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, including BOMs, routings, work orders, production planning, and inventory control.
   
  • Experience managing full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, including multi-site deployments.
 
• Technical     Expertise:
   
  • Proficiency in NetSuite modules such as Advanced Manufacturing, SCM, WMS, and MRP.
   
  • Experience in configuring NetSuite workflows, custom fields, forms, and dashboards.
   
  • Familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow for customization is a plus.
   
  • Knowledge of system integration tools and techniques, including APIs and middleware solutions like Boomi or Celigo.
   
  • Proficiency in data migration and validation processes for ERP systems.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• NetSuite  ERP Consultant Certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in manufacturing, such as ISO 9001     or FDA requirements.
• Experience  with business intelligence tools like NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, Power     BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
