We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Principal Consultant – CRM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite CRM solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end NetSuite CRM implementations, with a deep understanding of customer relationship management processes and best practices.This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complecomplex projectsprojects, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client     Engagement & Needs Assessment:
       
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM requirements and business objectives.
    •  
    • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  •  
  • Solution     Design & Implementation:
       
    • Lead   the design and configuration of NetSuite CRM solutions tailored to client needs.
    •  
    • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
    •  
    • Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition to      NetSuite CRM.
  •  
  • Customization     & Integration:
       
    • Customize  NetSuite CRM modules to enhance functionality and meet specific client requirements.
    •  
    • Integrate   NetSuite CRM with other business systems to ensure cohesive operations.
  •  
  • Training     & Support:
       
    • Provide training to client teams to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite CRM.
    •  
    • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client concerns and optimize system performance.
  •  
  • Project     Management:
       
    • Lead project teams, managing resources and coordinating efforts to deliver successful outcomes.
    •  
    • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
       
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  •  
  • Experience:
       
    • 8+  years of experience in NetSuite consulting, with a focus on CRM      solutions.
    •  
    • Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle NetSuite CRM implementations.
    •  
    • Strong understanding of CRM processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  •  
  • Technical     Skills:
       
    • Proficiency in NetSuite CRM modules and related functionalities.
    •  
    • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customization.
    •  
    • Knowledge of data migration tools and integration methodologies.
  •  
  • Soft     Skills:
       
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    •  
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    •  
    • Proven leadership and project management capabilities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite  ERP Consultant Certification or SuiteCloud Developer Certification.
  • Experience with third-party CRM integrations and tools.

Familiarity with industry-specific requirements and best practices
