Job Description

As a Technology Lead - DevOps at DIMCON, you will play acritical role in leading our DevOps initiatives. You will drive the implementation of automation tools and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our systems.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the DevOps strategy to streamline the software development lifecycle.
  • Design and implement automation solutions for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
  • Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure the health and performance of applications.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, tools, and configurations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on DevOps practices and tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment, system performance, and infrastructure.
  • Experience in the consulting industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of real-time experience in DevOps, including experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools and technologies(e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible). Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar certifications are a plus.
