Job Description

As an Oracle Cloud Financial Business Analyst at Dimension Consulting Inc., you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Financial solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions that enhance financial efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize financial requirements.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing financial processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and implement Oracle Cloud Financial solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
• Documentation: Create detailed financial requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Testing & Validation: Coordinate and conduct testing to ensure that solutions meet financial requirements and are free of defects.
• Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide training to end-users on new financial systems and processes.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of financial solutions.

Qualifications:‍

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of real-time experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle Cloud Financial solutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Experience with SQL, data analysis, and process modeling tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certifications are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the consulting industry.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization.
