Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager specializing in NetSuite ERP to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from their NetSuite implementations. As the primary client advocate, you will guide them through implementation, adoption, and optimization, fostering strong relationships and driving long-term success. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success and is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our clients through NetSuite's powerful capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their NetSuite journey.
- Understand client business objectives and align NetSuite capabilities to meet their goals.
- Develop and execute tailored success plans to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
- Monitor client health metrics, proactively addressing potential issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews to showcase ROI and identify further optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with implementation teams for seamless project delivery and knowledge transfer.
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and coordinate with sales on upsell strategies.
- Document client requirements, feedback, and use cases to enhance service delivery and product development.
- Stay updated on NetSuite’s latest features and communicate relevant enhancements to clients.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP (demonstration, configuration, or administration).
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, CRM, and eCommerce.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships across various organizational levels.
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong grasp of complex business challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- NetSuite certifications (preferred, but not required) – we support certification growth!
