We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our Oracle NetSuite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the technology sector and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Build BDR and Lead generation Strategy pertaining to their technology Vertical.
- Researching organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Adept at Sales strategies with a proven track record to plan and execute them.
- Ensure and align strategies for developing business and meet organizational sales objectives
- Driving internal Sales process to generate desired sales outcome and assisting organization achieve new logos and growth
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, product development, Partner engagement and customer engagement teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Work with Contracts, legal, Presales and Oracle NetSuite Sales team during the sale process and hand-shake information to Technology/Delivery team post sales.
- Proactively work with Oracle NetSuite Account Management, Partner Engagement, and sales team to understand new trends and pulse of NetSuite ecosystem and provide key inputs to management
- Must have worked with the Delivery and Pre-Sales team closely whilst working on deals for closures. Should have the ability to provide a first level product demos to prospects.
- Provide inputs to marketing team aligned with the partner programs for branding and participate in internal calendar events.
- Must be willing to travel based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
- 3-5 Years in Oracle NetSuite Sales
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
