Job Description

As an Oracle NetSuite Financials Functional SME at Dimension Consulting Inc., you will be the expert on NetSuite financials modules and other cross functional modules as required. You will guide the implementation and optimization of financial processes within NetSuite, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry standards, SuiteSuccess Implementation practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and Lead the optimization of financial processes within NetSuite based on client requirements.
• Work with the business stakeholders and process owners to gather and document requirements, while conducting business walk-throughs and workshops on NetSuite Functionality.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis and design detailed solutions based on the requirements gathered, while participating in preparation of implementation strategy, development Strategy, Conversion, cutover and go-live strategy.
• Implement NetSuite applications based on Solution Design and conduct various touch point meetings with Business for confirmation.
• Ensure that financial solutions are tested and validated for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide End User training and support various functionality of NetSuite application Suite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of real-time experience with Oracle NetSuite financial modules.
• Deep understanding of NetSuite financials, including GL, AR, AP, FA, and budgeting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• NetSuite Financial User Certification, Foundation Certification or similar certifications are a plus.
